Daniel Rosie

Managing Director

Daniel is the Managing Director of DLR Media. 

He has an in-depth understanding of the demands of business-to-business and business-to-consumer markets and has worked with businesses of all sizes from sole traders to national brands, and with partnerships and limited companies.

With a wide array of experience in most areas of marketing, Daniel has a particular passion for and a strong background in marketing for service-based businesses. 

In the community, Daniel is a co-founder of the local networking group, Societay, a member of Entrepreneurial Scotland and a former member of the Carnoustie Business Improvement District.

Harry MacLean

Commercial Director

Harry has 20+ years’ experience in leading business growth and a strong track record of sound financial and operational oversight. Skilled in managing transformational projects, implementing new processes and streamlining complex operations for maximum productivity.

An expert in the development of new business and ensuring the delivery of products and services to the highest standard while motivating teams for high-performance.

Well-versed in working at Board level to develop strategies and plans to meet organisational objectives and aims. He leads the company commercial function, focusing on the business growth strategy. 

Peter Jackson

Production Manager

Peter is a graduate of the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama and has BMus Hons in Music Performance. Peter’s love for film and audio came while studying. Originally from Dundee, Peter joined the team when returning home from Cardiff in Wales.

He looks after a range of our clients on an ongoing and project basis, working with our creative team and taking lead for all post-production of our shoots. Mainly specialising in sound recording, camera operation and video editing.

Peter works with our creative teams to bring our ideas to live in engaging video content which is used throughout our PR and Social Campaigns. 

Marius Urbelis

Videographer and Live Streaming Specialist 

Marius is our Videographer and Live Streaming Specialist. Primarily working with our sports and events clients to deliver promotional videos and sports coverage.

Marius’s love for film and streaming came while studying. Originally from Dundee, Peter joined the team when returning home from Cardiff in Wales.

Marius has previously worked in Lithuania and North Carolina, USA before joining the team based in Dundee.

He also has key experience  in multi-streaming on various platforms like YouTube, Twitch, Mixer, Facebook and DLive.

Marius is a perfect candidate to serve any live production needs.

Sam Donaldson


Sam is our Photography, bringing with him a wealth of experience in commercial Photography. Primarily working with our clients on one off projects or  helping to create forward thinking content for our clients social media accounts.

Sam specialises in real estate photography and works with a range of property companies on a ongoing basis. He has worked with a range of industries including the Agri, Automotive, Real Estate, Hospitality and service firms. Sam also carry’s out professional headshots for our clients and works with our PR team to capture news worthy shots.

Eve Mumford

Communications and Crisis Specialist 

Eve has more than 15 years’ communications experience working within large, public facing organisations, including the Home Office, the Ministry of Justice, the Department for Business and laterally Weber Shandwick.

Working in London, Scotland and the Middle East, Eve has a wide network of local, national and international media contacts. 

A true expert in crisis management, she has managed media and communications during prison riots and terrorist attacks while working for the prison and police services, and during off shore incidents for the Oil and Gas Industry.


Social Media and Content Manager

Jack joined our team as Social Media Manager, acting as the client touchpoint for all of our clients and providing further insight into social media trends and updates. Jack works with a range of clients and develops Social content plans for their different platforms and channels Working in partnership with our creative and content teams, Jack pulls together the final plans and showcases tangle able product which came from the initial spark. Jack enjoys building strong relationships with her clients, offering practical advice to help them achieve their desired goals. Jack also heads up client SEO and Content services.


Social Media Executive

With a background in digital marketing, Hannah helps support the social team. She brings content to life in with engaging content and graphics.

Pairing communication skills with strategy, Hannah also works with to help develop how we can apply our content plans in paid campaigns and maximise organic and paid reach for our clients. She also spends her time scheduling, advertising and producing client reports at the end of each month.

Cameron McComish

Junior Sales Executive

Cameron joined our team following two years studying Marketing and PR at the City of Glasgow College. He know works in the sales team, acting as the client touchpoint for new clients and providing further insight into the latest marketing trends and updates.
